Learn the basics of our platform and how to set up your account.
Introduction
Welcome to the CyRail platform! This tutorial will guide you through the basic setup process and introduce you to the core features. By the end, you'll have created an account to give you access to all our services and you will understand how to navigate the dashboard.
Creating Your Account
To get started, you'll need to create an account. Visit our signup page by clicking the blue 'Sign in' button in the top right of the page. Creating your account requires you to enter your email address and a secure password. We recommend using a password manager to generate and store a strong password. Once you've filled out the form, click 'Continue' to proceed.
Setting Up Your Profile
After creating your account, you can click the avatar in the top right of the screen then select 'Manage Account' to change your details. You can add a new profile picture, email address, and other relevant information. As well as this, you can select the 'Security' tab to update your password and delete your account along with viewing your active devices associated with your account.
Navigating the Site
The nav bar at the top of the page is your centralized spot for navigating CyRail. This has links to anywhere you need to go including Services, About Us, Pricing, Training, and Learn.
